I'm not going to explain in detail as I will just get worked up and want to kills things/people. All I would say is; Don't ever buy anything on ebay using paypal thinking that they offer you sufficient protection, should the seller screw you over. They don't. They offer you fuck all protection in reality because all they're interested in is profit margins, not one insignificant customer. Oh and dont' bother trying to report 'minor crimes' such as fraud via your local Police Forces' website as you'll just be bombarded with banner ads to report 'race hate' crimes.
